How ProgrammableShirts works

What am I buying?

ProgrammableShirts sells QR code apparel in two versions:

1) Permanent QR

• The QR code points to one destination forever.
• After printing, it can’t be changed.
2) Programmable QR

• The QR code points to a stable link that you control.
• You can change where it redirects anytime in the future.

How do I set the destination?

When you order a Programmable QR item, you’ll choose your destination at checkout.

We support:

• Website (URL) (example: example.com or https://example.com)
• Text (up to 500 characters) — shown on a simple hosted page when scanned
For website links, if you enter a bare domain like google.com, we automatically convert it to https://google.com.

How do I change the destination later?

Go here anytime:

Manage your QR: https://qr.programmableshirts.com/login

1. Enter the email you used at checkout
2. We’ll send you a secure login link
3. Open the link, and you’ll see your QR(s) and can update the destination instantly

Will changes take effect immediately?

Yes. As soon as you update your destination, scans will start redirecting to the new destination.

Safety / allowed links

For security, Website (URL) destinations must be http:// or https://.
Other link types (like javascript:) are not allowed.

Can I share the QR link?

Yes. Your printed QR will scan to your unique link. You can also copy your scan link from your account page and share it online if you want.

I used guest checkout — can I still manage it?

Yes. You don’t need a Shopify account. Login is based on the email used at checkout.
